This treatment is for you if...

  • You notice loss of firmness in the lower third of the face, along the jawline or in the neck
  • You have acne scars, enlarged pores or stretch marks and are looking for deeper skin renewal
  • Your skin looks dull, with uneven texture, and you want to restore radiance without surgery
  • You are preventing signs of ageing before 40, or already noticing them after 40
  • You prefer a protocol led by a professional, not a one-off generic session
  • You want to apply the same protocol to another area of the body, abdomen, arms or any area with loss of firmness, not just the face

What this session includes

01

Skin assessment

Together we define the radiofrequency intensity suited to your skin type and goal.

02

Fractional radiofrequency

Application with depth and energy adjusted to your skin and the treated area. We explain the technology and science behind it in detail in the next section.

03

Sterile booster

Single-use biostimulant ampoule, applied through the microchannels opened by the treatment, at the moment when the skin is most receptive to absorbing regenerative actives.

04

Home care recommendations

Specific home care instructions to extend results between sessions.

How it works, in detail.

The technology behind the protocol

This is not a surface-level radiofrequency. The micro-needles are gold-coated and insulated along their entire length, except at the tip — which allows thermal energy to be deposited directly in the dermis, at the exact depth where collagen lives, without heating the superficial skin layer.

Calibrated depth 0,5 mm a 3,0 mm

Adjusted zone by zone , from the eyelids to areas with greater skin thickness.

Interchangeable tips 10P · 25P · 64P · nanocristal

Each tip covers a different area and indication, fine lines, scars, pores or stretch marks.

Real-time monitoring Impedance control

The device reads the skin response during the session and adjusts the delivered energy, session by session.

What happens to the skin, in three phases.

01

Immediate contraction

Controlled heat immediately contracts existing collagen fibres, the first visible effect, still temporary.

02

Neocollagenesis

In the following weeks, fibroblasts respond to the thermal stimulus by producing new collagen and elastin.

03

Remodelling

In the following months, the skin's matrix reorganizes itself, consolidating the firmness and texture gained throughout the protocol.

Heat is maintained within a controlled thermal window, between 44°C and 70°C — enough to stimulate the skin response, without exceeding the surface damage threshold. This equipment precision, combined with a protocol followed session by session, is what sets this treatment apart from conventional radiofrequency.

What to expect, and when.

Journey 1

Redness and slight swelling

Similar to sunburn — it is the controlled heat immediately contracting existing collagen fibres.

Days 2-3

Small bubbles

Part of the skin's natural response to stimulation — they disappear on their own.

Week 1

End of peeling

The skin becomes visibly more radiant and the texture begins to even out.

Following weeks

Neocollagenesis

Fibroblasts respond to the thermal stimulus by producing new collagen and elastin.

Following months

Remodelling

The skin matrix reorganises itself, consolidating the firmness and texture gained throughout the protocol.

This timeline is general — its evolution depends on your skin and the protocol defined in the assessment.

Fractional radiofrequency vs. other technologies

So you know exactly what you are choosing — without promising more than each technology delivers.

Criterion Conventional RF
(without needles)
Traditional microneedling
(without RF)
This protocol
Fractional RF + microneedling
Mechanism Surface thermal energy, without skin perforation. Mechanical stimulation from the needles, without the delivery of thermal energy. Insulated needles deliver thermal energy directly to the right depth.
Depth of action Superficial Variable, without energy control. Zone calibrated, 0.5 to 3.0 mm, with impedance monitoring.
What do you usually feel afterwards? Minimal, usually without noticeable redness. Redness lasting 24 to 48 hours. Redness on day 1, small pimples on days 2-3 (see timeline above)
Most frequent indication Light maintenance, without noticeable sagging. Texture and pores, without a focus on deep firmness. Sagging skin, scars, stretch marks, and texture — simultaneous action in depth and on the surface.

Together, during the free consultation, we'll assess which protocol (or combination) makes sense for your skin.

How does the session work?

01

Free consultation on the day of booking, so we can define the protocol together.

02

Skin cleansing and application of topical anesthetic cream (approximately 30 minutes) to ensure comfort during the procedure.

03

Microneedling with radiofrequency application: 15 to 20 minutes, with depth and energy calibrated zone by zone.

04

Thermal sedation with cold (approximately -5°C) to reduce discomfort and swelling, followed by the biostimulating ampoule and final home instructions.

This treatment combines well with facial cleansing or with the anti-aging treatmentWe assess the right combination during the consultation.

FAQs

Questions about fractional radiofrequency

Does this treatment hurt?
I always apply a topical anesthetic cream about 30 minutes before the procedure. During the session, most people feel controlled heat and a slight pressure from the microneedles—generally well tolerated. I adjust the depth and energy to each person's skin sensitivity.
How long does the session last?
Between 45 and 60 minutes in total: approximately 30 minutes of anesthetic cream and 15 to 20 minutes of application, plus the biostimulating ampoule at the end.
What to expect in the days following the session?
It's normal to experience redness and slight swelling on day 1, similar to a sunburn. Between days 2 and 3, small pimples may appear—this is the skin's natural response to stimulation. Peeling ends in the first week, and the skin becomes visibly brighter.
How often should I repeat this?
We define the interval during the evaluation, depending on the protocol: typically a cycle of several sessions spaced weeks apart to monitor the natural production of collagen.
What skin type is it suitable for?
Recommended for wrinkles and expression lines, acne scars, enlarged pores, stretch marks, sagging skin, and skin with an uneven or dull texture. During the evaluation, we confirm if it is the right protocol—pregnancy, pacemakers or other electronic implants in the area, keloids, active infections (such as herpes), or recent use of oral isotretinoin are situations that we evaluate more carefully before proceeding.
What are the expected results?
Increased firmness, smoother texture, and renewed production of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid, progressively throughout the protocol. The duration depends on the maintenance plan and individual factors such as age and genetics—results vary from person to person.
Can I combine this with other treatments?
Yes, it usually combines well with Facial Cleansing or Anti-aging Treatment, within a personalized protocol defined during the assessment.
What is the sterile booster included in this session?
A sterile, single-use ampoule containing biostimulating compounds (such as exosomes or PDRN) is applied through the microchannels opened by microneedling, when the skin is most receptive to absorption.
Is this treatment only for the face?
No. The equipment allows treatment of any area of the body with loss of firmness — face, neck, chest, abdomen, arms, or other areas. There is no closed list of zones: we will assess the right area for your case during the free consultation.
